RETURN POLICY

When the merchandise arrives your hand and if you don't like on seeing this, you have every right to return back! And get back your money!
The complaint should be informed through email: sales@allurepremiumhair.com and the merchandise to be returned "AS IT IS" in its original condition without wearing on head or weaving on head. This should not have been bleached or coloured or cut into pieces!

The return goods to be sent via USPS ( if it is from USA) or their country's POSTAL SERVICE , clearly mentioning " DEFECTIVE MATERIAL- RETURN TO MANUFACTURER" and the value should be mentioned as USD 10. This will enable us to retrieve the merchandise returned at the earliest and after inspection your money ( value of the hair only) will be sent back either by PayPal or through Bank.

The cost of the return postage to be Bourne's by the RETURNEE.(BUYER). If any of the conditions violated during the return process, it is the risk of the returnee.
