Three Headed sewing machines employed in stitching machine wefts out of human hair from INDIAN temples! The first machine has got two needles and thereby puts double stitch ! Then the hair string travels to the second machine and while it goes the head is folded due to the hair blowing by the fan attached to the second machine and gets single stitch on the top of the folded portion of the hair. Then the hair travels to the third head and single stitch falls again. Thereby 4 stitches are already on the single weft and its travel ends in a glue box where a wheel is fitted to roll upon and apply the imported " Korean hair glue" on top. The hair weft doesn't end its journey. Again this single weft is undergoing an operation called " beard trimming ". Means the " extra folded head" hairs are trimmed to more or less a centimetre evenly. Then another " extra glue applying machine" is employed at this stage!. This machine apply the another coat of glue. This is to ensure the machine WEFTED hair will have Less shedding!. Then the girls are again fold the single weft manually double and will feed this double weft in a single needle hair sewing machine. The operator of this machine stitches several time and finishes the double machine weft. 8 stitches are there into a machine WEFTED hair bundle. The journey continues...........
